Ian Stevenson

After leaving Kingswood College Box Hill, Ian studied Accounting at Swinburne University and graduated with a Diploma of Business Studies Accounting. After working for 3 years in industry as an accountant Ian completed a Graduate Diploma of Education at Hawthorn State College teaching Economics, Accounting and General Business for years 11 and 12 at Warragul and Mooroolbark technical schools. Ian entered the Real Estate industry in 1982 and quickly adapted to the role winning a number of awards as best salesperson at Max Brown/Appleby Real Estate.

A director of Barry Plant Real Estate from 1985 to 1991, Ian established Ian Stevenson Real Estate where he used his people skills and personality to build a very successful boutique agency. Ian prides himself on the fact that the majority of his business comes as a result of direct referrals.

Having played many sports competitively including football, cricket and basketball Ian is a keen golfer and member of The Fairway Golf Club.

Over the past 34 years Ian has been involved in charity work and through his Presidency of The Woodpeckers Club, he has been able to facilitate many donations to people in need.

Leanne Brooks

Leanne commenced her real estate career selling land at the Silverwoods Resort in Yarrawonga, Victoria. From there she joined Ian Stevenson Real Estate and successfully sold out a project of 20 apartments In the Brisbane suburb of Sherwood. Upon her return to Victoria Leanne has thrown herself into the Melbourne property market and achieved some outstanding results. Always with a smile on her face Leanne’s positive attitude allows her to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships with her clients. Outside of the office Leanne loves to dance and spend time entertaining and cooking for her family and loved ones.

Angus Stevenson

With a strong family history in property, Angus Stevenson was destined for a career in Real Estate. Educated at Brighton Grammar at both junior and senior levels, Angus is an outgoing ,friendly and energetic young man with excellent communication skills. He has the innate ability to mix well with people of all ages and backgrounds, and uses these skills to build relationships to ultimately achieve the best results for his clients. Outside of work Angus enjoys catching up with friends, playing sport and is a passionate Collingwood supporter.

Athol Hodgetts

With over 45 years of experience in business management;sales and marketing. where he negotiated major deals with high profile companies including Coca -Cola, Nike, Hyundai and Mayne Nickless, Athol turned his attention to Real Estate• after attaining his full Real Estate licence.
His polite, no nonsense manner coupled with a strong work ethic has seen Athol achieve some outstanding results for his vendors.
A keen sportsman having played football at the highest level with North Melbourne and Tasmania Athol was inducted into the Tasmanian Football Hall of Fame in June 2018.
In his spare time Athol has devoted the past 28 years to the KIDS foundation where he is an honorary adviser.
